You’ll train two core techniques:
Conscious Connected Breath — a circular breath that clears stored tension and resets the nervous system.
Foundational Breath — slow, controlled breathing to build lasting calm and focus.

Between sessions, you’ll apply what you learn in real life — at work, in relationships, and in daily stress moments — and start noticing the difference.
