A live, 60-minute virtual experience designed to help you release tension, reconnect to your body, and find your center — no matter where you are.


The Circle brings the Stillforce method online: breathwork for people who live under pressure, built on science and real-life results.

Each month features a new theme — focus, recovery, resilience, or release — so you can keep your training sharp and your nervous system balanced.

the experience

You’ll set up in your own space — a couch, the floor, or your bed works fine. Grab a pillow, a blanket, maybe an eye mask. You’ll be guided through the entire experience from the comfort of home.

We start with grounding — a short visualization to help you connect to your intention for the session. You can share it with the group or keep it to yourself.

Then, you’ll learn and use the active three-part breath (all through the mouth), guided with music and light direction to help you find your rhythm. You’ll breathe at your own pace — never forced, always supported.

You’ll close with rest — letting your body absorb the work and return to a calm, regulated state. You can stay to reflect with the group or log off and rest on your own time.

Replays are available for all registered participants, so even if you can’t join live, you can still experience the full session on your own schedule.

faq

  • No experience needed. I’ll guide you through everything — from how to breathe to how to recover. All you need is an open mind and a comfortable place to lie down.

  • A blanket, pillow, and water are great. Many people like to use an eye mask and headphones. Find a quiet space where you can relax and won’t be interrupted for about 90 minutes.

  • Replays are available for everyone who registers. You can watch and breathe on your own time with the same guidance and music from the live session.

  • Breathwork is safe for most people. However, if you have heart or respiratory conditions, high blood pressure, or are pregnant, check with your healthcare provider before joining. You can always use slower, gentler breathing during the session if needed.

  • Sharing is optional. You’re welcome to just show up, breathe, and listen. Some people choose to reflect or chat afterward, others log off quietly — both are perfectly fine.

  • Most people describe breathwork as powerful — both physically and emotionally. You might feel tingling, heat, or waves of energy in your body as oxygen levels shift. Sometimes emotions surface and release — laughter, tears, or deep calm. Every session is different, but most end feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded than when you started.
