Each month features a new theme — focus, recovery, resilience, or release — so you can keep your training sharp and your nervous system balanced.

the experience

We meet on the beach. Just you, the ocean, and your breath.

We start with grounding — a short practice to help you arrive, drop the noise from the day, and connect to why you showed up.

Then you'll be guided through the active three-part breath — mouth breathing, music, and light direction to help you find your rhythm. You’re in control the whole time.

You'll close with rest — letting your body absorb the work and return to a calm, regulated state. Stay to connect with the group or head out quietly. Up to you.

When you practice in community, your nervous system learns through co-regulation — syncing with the calm and focus of others. That collective rhythm helps your body remember safety faster and hold it longer.

  • None. You'll be guided through everything. All you need is an open mind and the willingness to show up.

  • A towel or beach blanket to lie on. Dress comfortably for the beach. Everything else is taken care of.

  • Breathwork is safe for most people. If you have heart or respiratory conditions, high blood pressure, or other medical concerns, check with your doctor first. You can always use slower, gentler breathing during the session.

  • No. Show up, breathe, and leave if you want. Some men stay to connect afterward. Some don't. Both are completely fine.

  • Powerful. You might feel tingling, heat, or energy moving through your body. Sometimes emotions surface — that's normal and it passes. Most men leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more themselves than when they arrived.
